The experience starts with a scenic trail beginning in the Barra de Guaratiba neighborhood and leading to the top. The hike is about 3.5 km and takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, with sections of moderate incline but accessible for most people. Once at the summit, you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views of Rio’s lush coastline, secluded beaches, and endless ocean, making the effort well worth it!
