BOOKINGS
To make a booking with us, please contact us via our website, email, or phone. We will confirm the availability of your requested services and provide you with a quote. Once you have confirmed your booking and paid the required deposit, your booking will be confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of your booking.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the time of cancellation and the services booked. We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time, in which case a full refund will be provided.

LIABILITY

Premier Concierge Brazil shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property arising from the provision of our services, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by our negligence. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit.

Premier Concierge Brazil makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of any information provided in connection with our services. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your requirements, or that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
